friends

On Friday I visited with KJ and JB and two other blog friends down in Massachusetts. We talked, had a delicious lobster roll lunch--yum and made paper clay pots thanks to the paper clay Mim brought. Here is Mim. The others wanted their pictures approved before posting so I am only showing Mim.

One of the three sunflowers I was gifted with, as were the others.

I also learned that my camera, which I have had for about 6 years, DOES have a zoom lens. I never knew. What a dummy I am. Thus, this triple zoom of my face.

Suki, I didn't even know you took pictures that day! I'm sure any photo you have of me will be okay. I need to get over myself!

That cracks me up about your zoom lens!! hahaha!

So glad to have you there with us that day. It's always a pleasure spending time with you.♥

Lucky you getting to visit with your friends. Funny about the zoom. I am sure my camera would do all sorts of things if I would just take the time to figure it out.

I would laugh at you about the zoom, but alas, I don't know my camera functions well either. When it says" point and shoot" I take it literally, and don't want to have to know much else. I'm lazy minded, I think.

This get together looks like you all had a great time,,glad you got to attend! So cool that many of you are near enough to do that!

Oh all those photos you have missed because of not knowing about the Zoom. :( I can see some cool shots coming soon tho. I think we could all use some lessons on how to use our cameras to the full. Sounds like a fun time was had by all.

I love you dancing, sparkly, happy eyes Suki. That Mim is a beauty.
As for the zoom, it pays to read the directions :-), I did not know mine had one until someone told me, so you are not alone. xoxo

It was a delightful day made better by fun things to do and presents and surprise electronic advantages.

What fun to have friends and do special things together! Sounds like a great day. And Suki, you're no dummy! I guess we'll be getting nothing but close-ups from now on? Why waste such hard- won technical know-how, after all.
BTW, it took me an hour today to figure out how to feed paper into my new printer.

One of those perfect days spent with friends...good eats and I'm sure fun conversation. Yes, to the close-up of your smiling eyes! Not to worry I still can't figure out how to change the date on my camera?
