An Award from Kim

Kim at Creating Space has awarded me an Excellence in blogging award. Wow. Thank you so much Kim. I have a big smile on my face as I write. Be sure to visit Kim's wonderful blog and the blogs of the ten other award winners. (Five listed, five to be listed).

I am now to pass the award on to ten other bloggers. I have not been good about doing this in the past with other awards--I know so many marvelous bloggers and many are listed in my blogroll. I feel like I'm "coping out" to just say, everyone, here is the award. I'll give it some thought and see what comes up for me. Meanwhile, do check out any folks on my blogroll you haven't checked out before.

Again thanks Kim. All the time and consideration you put into your blog and your comments is greatly noticed and appreciated. It is so fun to see your artworks in process and hear about how you experiment with different media and techniques. You are an inspiration. Namaste, Suki

I love your new header.
I think it's good to change them once in a while!
About awards.
I never quite know how they work and feel anyone on my blog roll should automatically get one for being wonderful.
Greetings!

Suki, love your new header too. Loved the barn too, sooooo much. This one is so near, as if I were standing there at the pond, looking for the turtles :)

I love the pic at the top of your blog. It reminds me of a pond of a dear friend (female) in Sequim, the next town east of me.

Ditto on the header, Suki! Really wonderful and fresh.

Thank you for your kind words, but as Wurzerl (I worry about spelling that right) reminds us how blogs are nothing without readers, so thanks to all of our readers we can do this. The hardest part is choosing...and feeling some concern people will feel left out, too!

Glad you have the award.

Thanks Elizabeth, Andrea, BBC and Kim. I chose this photo as Human Being pointed out that it had a good composition. I keep looking for turtle but he/she is too slippery for me. Maybe I need to sit there near his rock and wait a couple hours if I could be that patient.

I like your new header, also. I meant to tell you that when I was here yesterday.

Well, I was going to award you with the E, but then I remembered that Kim listed you as one of her 10. I'll catch ya next time.
