Good Luck, Suki! No decisions to be made if you win this house! I will definitely be holding you in my prayers and meditation tonight...I hope you win this home. What fun!

It looks like a fun and easy way to win a house. My DH is telling me all sorts of negative concerns...who pays the taxes, is it a scam, etc etc etc...I'd say look them up, check their credentials and then if all is kosher go for it! Good luck!
My concerns: Did they pass an inspection? What was found, etc.

Lynn makes some good questions. But.. They did this for a restaurant around here. They couldnt sell it so they did a contest. They just really wanted to unload it as they were getting to old to run it any more..even tho there was nothing wrong with it. I dont know the outcome tho. I didnt keep up with it.

Suki, this sounds right up your alley! Gee, a published author who is looking for a home in a nice place! I don't know why you shouldn't try! There is nothing to loose, I suppose. Sure there will be expenses if you win the house, like taxes and probably closing costs, etc., but you would have those anyway. I think you have a HUGE chance at this one!

Keep us informed!
