suki's page for Marianne's book

Acrylic paint and a few pieces of scrap paper for the table cloth and bowl. We were asked to have an image of Marianne's cat Sjimmie on our pages. The shadows below the window are not painted on but are from the light source. Marianne had a large peace sign on her own page so I show Sjimmie blowing peace bubbles. The shutters open and close to reveal a moon, also a symbol Marianne often uses.

Oops, my jacket shows here, but I'm to lazy to redo the photo which actually I redid twice already. I mailed the book along w/Soulbrush's book to Katie Jane on Monday. Have fun.

I loved this on the ArtySoulSisters Blog and I love it here again. Just so much fun. Like a doll house come to life with real animals playing inside.
You have a wonderful childlike mind in this work of art Suki! Never lose it. ;-)

"...after the age of 50 why do any voluntary activity unless it's fun." I love that. :^)

thanks everyone for your reflections. Yes, I was sort of thrilled to have thought of the peace bubbles. I would like to blow them everywhere. Well Sjimmie is gone now to visit Katie jane and her kitty. Bibs and Emily say, Meow.
