Choir song so orderly, light, and precise...the best parts of life? Thanks for sharing, Suki.

Yes, simple is best-- it is the small things we sometimes overlook.

I love this song. I just ordered a collection of Shaker melodies for our Fall listening. This whet my appetite for some gentle tunes, simple days, and tart apple pie. What a gift. Thank you! : D

Glad to see you up and around the blog again. I've missed you. Be sure to check out my Sunday Wonder tomorrow . . . it's for all who are enduring trials (and who isn't?). I keep you in my prayers.

p.s.
A few posts ago I blogged about some rapid water weight I accumulated from taking an ayervedic recommended by someone to solve my BP problem. Though it did reduce the pressure, I bloated up dangerously. My experience wasn't a very good one, but now I have a connection if I choose to pursue it again. The blog is amazing!!

As for now my BP is normal and I am not stressing further -- it has cost too much time in tense knots and painful ways. Peace will rule . . . as it should all days.

I'm off to read a book about those British Islands (I'm especially interested in Lindisfarn). Have a great weekend,

cynthia, love this song and this choir of high school kids is great

thanks M.

Layers, sometimes I forget about simplicity. I always think my life is so complex but once a friend said to me, "Suki, you are so simple."

Debbie, thanks. am glad your BP has stabilized. My dad had very looow BP and Mom had very high BP. Maybe mine is in the middle. Lindisfarn, I read about Britt-arnhild's visit there and also read a wonderful book which title and author I forget. I happened upon it, read it and sent it on. But he talked about a journey to Lindisfarn and some other holy spots and it sounded wonderful.

Beautiful Sunday morning listening for me - thank you!

I think Paul McCartney wrote a song about Lindisfarn. Can't remember the name of it though!
