Thank you all for your comments re: Bibbity. She saw the opthamologist and received a diagnosis of chronic uveitis with early cataract formation. She is on eyedrops for two weeks when we must return. Teri and the Cats, thanks I will email you soon!
FYI: I don't like oysters either. Yuck is the word.
M. Heart: interesting take on the value of meeting folks via Match.com. Great blogging material. Yes, I would have you all on tenterhooks awaiting the news! And myself on tenterhooks too.
Human Being so good to hear from you. I think of you often. My worries are so small compared to what you must be experiencing. Much love to you and please use my blog anytime to communicate with anyone.
Small chuckle: the first time I took Bibs to the Deerfield Vets I met a woman there with her dog and we had a good chat. Very nice and her dog's name was Suki. As she left she handed me a card with her name and email and said she'd like to keep in touch. I love it when things like that happen.
Photo: I did not plant these black-eyed Susan's. They blew in.

Oh my gosh, what a perfect name! Love it!
Love the blackeyed susans that blew in and the hollyhocks to the right of them. I miss my jungle of HHs. Glad kitty could be on the mend...hope so anyway. Hope you stay in touch with the new friend.
Love the daisies. I just love when some thing blows in like that. Its a very nice surprise. or the birds bring them to you. Nice little thank you gifts for feeding them. :)
I hope that Lady does keep in touch. And hopefully not such bad news about Bibs. Sounds like a positive day yesterday.
Teri, thanks.
Lynn, the holly hock in the sidebar is back on the Cape. I wish I did have some here as I love them.
Cris, it is fun when things blow in with the wind. I have pretty much decided not to let Bibs get her eye removed but rathe r to do eyedrops for the rest of her life.
oh yes i love it when things blow in...so happy about your cat too. tee hee what a funny story, and suki is such an unusual name.
Love the volunteer daisies...I think of my violets as that, dug up from a neighbors yard and spreading like the weeds some think they are...I love them, green--no mowing and that "Devon Violets" scent to welcome in spring...
Glad you had some pretty environs while waiting for Bibbity, and that you know have the start of a diagnosis.
Here's some links to info on uveitis, it's causes are varied, and the photos in the last link are a bit gruesome, so be forewarned. If you'd rather not look at the photos, I can copy the text and email it to you :-)
