Beautiful.
The interesting thing for me is the shape of clouds and the triangle of the sky which is like a mountain... there's no mountain, but you feel one...

I left a comment but it disappeared. arrgh. anyway I said that I too see a mountain or feel one. HB has a good eye. This is also a warm feeling winter scene.. It is going to be lovely too. I too like taking photos as I work on a piece. It helps me see what I could improve on in the future and it is just fun to see the progress.

I am here Suki to wish you a Happy New Year. Wishing you good health, happiness, satisfaction with life.
Much creativity...fun making art.
And an easy time with family, especially mom. I'm appreciative of meeting you here and look forward to more connection in the coming year.

Again, I am enjoying the process of your painting. It's making me braver to touch brush to paint to canvas in my upcoming class.

thank you hb and cris for your comments. Yes, was fooling around with the sky and thought what about a mountain but not sure it fits though there are some mountains around here.

Lynn thanks for the new year greeting and wish. And back at you. Brave creator.

Oh, this is lovely. You have definitely captured the essence of snow, the feeling of a snowy landscape.

Thanks Kikopotamus. It's not done yet though and may change drastically.
