Sunday's Drawing

My photos have been transferring dark and in this case with a bluish tint. Not sure why. Pistachios. Thanks for the subject Badfaery.
I found a dead dragonfly on the road. Funny thing is last year on this same road I found a dead dragonfly nose to ground, tail in the air as if it had dived bombed.

Suki, These are wonderful. I thought maybe you did the blue on purpose. I really like the drawing of the Dragon fly. and the nuts too. That blue adds such a cool effect to the drawings.

Two good subject-matters, two good drawings. I like the blue too for a change; like Cris I presumed it was deliberate until I read your post.

Here's to another week of creativity; such pleasure to be travelling this adventure with you. Peace, Elizabeth

Thaks for both of your comments. I wouldn't know how to make the photos blue if I wanted to. met a woman this weekend with a fancy but not too fancy digital camera with a zoom lense. I want one. Wow. About 6 months ago I thought I was going out on a limb buying this $200 camera. Well, it'll have to wait of course, but it's a dream.

The drawings are very good. Poor dragonfly. I wish I could find my photo of mine. Drats.
Get this. I also bought an expensive camera. Then I saw those owls. Then I went and bought the zoom lens some weeks/months later...so I could get close up on said owls.
I did take the free style sewing device ($1000) back today. Whew. I hope the manager doesn't call tomorrow to say I can't return it. The gal working didn't have a clue how to do the transaction. Nice woman, new at job. Not real computer savy. Been throwing money around lately. Don't really have it.
Will stop. Have stopped. (except for fabric and maybe paints)...tee hee. Did I mention your drawings are very good, and the blue is cool too. I think I am high on life again. (I responded to something you wrote about life/grief in either BadFarey or Eliz's blogs) Good hunting.

Suki, you make wonderful photos with your camera(I love the rotting apple and the tree, the pond and all your other photos)!
The details of the poor dragonfly are beautiful. I like the idea that with your drawing you honored this dragonfly and its short life. The pistaches are good too.
