Cow crossing

Up until last year there was a cow farm up the road from this sign. Often, when driving down the road, I had to stop and wait for the cows to cross. I always imagined I was on a back lane somewhere in England when this happened. Now, that farm is gone but there is another near this sign.
The cows blend in with the foliage.

How beautiful it is around there. What a Hoot that is to see a Cow crossing sign. How do you get a cow to move if they are in the street? I could see the cows without enlarging the picture. I see also the Fall colors turning there. Nice shot.

I envie you, I'd like to take a walk with you through this fine landscape! Ilove cows too. I always like to touch their moist nose when I meet one and look in it's beautiful eyes:)

What amazingly beautiful countryside. One hears about 'New England' of course, but it must be so much better in real life.

We don't have any cute cow signs here in England, only occasional Deer signs, not often. Wish we had signs like these ;-)

Yes it is beautiful here. I should take each day at a time, instead of thinking about the winter with dread.
