The blues

I've been captured by the blues for the past few days. My stomach has been upset, not from a physical problem but from my anxiety and sadness. I couldn't sleep on Saturday night and spent Sunday lying around trying to rest. Slept Sunday night but when I awoke this morning I had vertigo. Very strong whirling of the room. It stayed with me most of the day. Finally I watched Bob Dylan, Joan Baez and Allen Ginzberg clips on youtube and sang along with them. Amazing how much better I felt afterwards.
