A friend asked me what things I do to help me through a stressful time such as now. Here goes:
Practice yoga daily at home
Chant -- I've packed my CD's but I chant to myself Om Navah Shivia. Or is it namah.
Get some herbs and Bach flower remedies from Donna via a "wellness consultation."
Get a massage. I prefer shiatsu.
Get an embodyment which is a one on one yogic adjustment.

I'm still a fruitcake but maybe less so.
