Most of my possessions are packed in boxes now. I have kept out only the essentials to help me make my way through the next month.
My yoga blankets and blocks.
Watercolors and paper.
My novel manuscript. (If I owned a computer it would be part of this list too).
A few books waiting to be read.
A box for my bills paid and pending.
That's about it. I wonder what life would be like if I lived only with these essentials. Kinda like the one bowl theory. Ditched all the rest of the stuff?
I mean, I actually have a box in the livingroom that says "Rocks. Missouri." Come on. It's one thing to save rocks when you own a home and don't have to move every year. It's quite another when you seem to be a vagabond.
