Every year between Christmas and New Year's I go through my bills and papers and clear out those I no longer need. This box of electric and heating bills etc. I will place in a plastic bag and save for ten years. Under a possible misconception that I need to do so.
This box full of papers I will organize and throw out outdated materials.
I now make my own calendar using 81/2 by 14 inch paper so that I have plenty of room for notes. I print out the boxes on the computer, write in the dates and side staple the binding. I divide the year into two sections so I can fold the calendar over into a smaller form.
