rain on a tin roof

I wrote this to go on the rain video post (see below) but it didnt take. Various bloggers have posted about rain recently so here is my addition. I stood on the screened porch which has a metal roof to take this video. We have had enough rain here to send some to Australia and California. Flooding is predicted. Where is the sun?

Rain

For two weeks the predominant weather pattern has been cold, rain, damp, cold, rain, damp. Yesterday, it finally did me in. I was listless. Fatigued. I did not practice my yoga. I did not take a walk. My cat was throwing up. My hair was sticking up all over the place. I lay around reading a book. Then watched "Love in the Time of Cholera." Very much enjoyed that movie. More rain predicted for the next few days too.

My plan is to attend a rock swap on Saturday, so hope the rain holds off.
