Happy Thanksgiving

May all who celebrate this holiday be filled with peace and good will. Blessings to you and your families. May those who are alone on this holiday find celebration and comfort with friends or strangers at a community dinner, or perhaps alone.  I have spent numerous Thanksgivings alone and enjoyed the peace of a small chicken and fixings or at times a lentil loaf, gravy, potatoes and squash.

There are many ways to celebrate and give thanks.  This year my son will come for a humble meal.  A joyous time for he will be here.

Glad you will have sweet time with your son today! My kids and all my grand kids will all be together in Portland with their father and step mom and step sibs. We will be with aunt and uncle and cousins and cousins kids and their kids closer to home. Blessing abound and love connects us all.

I will try to not eat too much, yeah, sure!

You were on my list of phone calls to make last night until Bri commandeered the phone. I won't call after a certain hour.

Sounds like your day was all you needed it to be. I'm so glad.

Blessings to you, my Northern friend.
