a social week

I awoke early and departed Willow Manor for my home, feeling marvelous, simply marvelous. I must say, it is pouring rain here. Inches and inches have fallen in my absence. I hope I can get out at some point and do my errands.

Tomorrow, I will drive for a few hours to KJ's YART-- an art yard sale at which various craftspersons and artists will sell their crafts. I will meet a number of bloggers there and I am sure it will prove to be fun. I do hope the rain lets up. I am staying overnight in a B and B. My, I am having a really social time of it this week. I will have to rest for a month.

it won't rain tomorrow - the sun will be out. I'll put a carnation in my buttonhole so we can recognize each other

Suki, Have a great time. I wish I was coming, but I think I will be talking to you, if that works out.
Keep dry! xoxo

I'm sending 'no rain mo-jo' for your drive time Suki.
I know the gathering will be a blast.
How many bloggers are attending? I've lost count.
Be careful,,,and take lots of your great photos, please and thank you.

(grinning) I'm glad you weren't injured by Harry's antics.

Babs, I think there are quite a few non bloggers who will be selling their artworks. Blogwise there will be 7 including the hostess (to the best of my knowledge)

Color me GREEN with envy! How I would LOVE to be there!!!!!
Did you say you are taking art to sell as well? I hope so. I wonder how she advertizes? I hope there is a huge turn out and a way to stay dry in case it does rain.

Oh I can't wait to hear every detail.
Will you be there all weekend long?

No you will not need seven months to rest up, you will just keep on going and going!!!! Enjoy!!!

And please take hugs from me to all our blogging friends! Thanks. I want to be there is spirit.

The rain seems unending around here too, and the wind! by golly!

Yart sounds like a cool idea. I might actually buy something, which I never do at Yard sales.

Yes, grab the fun and the socializing while it's there. Say yes yes yes to life and fun! It's a tough job, but someones's got to do it for the rest of us hermits (speaking solely for myself).

Dear Suki,

Time with you was too short and too distracted. I can't believe the gifts you brought~such a generous thing to do. I adore my Suki things expecially! (Did you make that felted bear?) If so, then all of the gifts were made by you.

It was a wonderful weekend, a whirlwind of a time. Wow!

Remember, I'm working on a little something for you. Hopefully I can finish it soon.

Thank you for making the trip. I know it's hard to walk into a big crowd alone. Hopefully you felt our kinship as a group, and individually.

Hugs to you,

Lolo♥
