hand play

Messed around with some collage greeting cards. Usually I lay them out and move things around, switching out papers until I like it. Then I glue often using YES paste.

A couple pieces need to be glued here.

I cut the fish out of fish design wrapping paper.

For a few years I made a lot of these peace flag cards. Smaller. Not sure if I should go back to smaller size. This one is 7X5. Imagine cutting out and gluing all those flags. I never get my time/money back on greeting cards. Rarely do I print them. Most often when you buy one you get the one and only original.

I also spent years doing sort of Asian style cards and collages. I may play around w/this one some more. Greeting card.

Three post cards made awhile back for the post card exchange which I ended up not using.

Ah, Suki, these are all lovely works of art.... and they reflect you so much! I especially love the first one, the "fish" one and the "prayer flags" one.....all that work! But, each added item shows another facet of your life, your heart....

Your sidebar says you are feeling better and enjoying a warm and beautiful day! (Lucky girl...still bitter cold here..)
I can visualise those Hawks circling the sky....

Love,

♥ Robin ♥

I love the peace card. I never get my money back from anything I make :-), so don't feel bad. It is about the love of doing anyway.
Glad you are feeling better!
