Oh Sweet Suki! This is fabulous news! I have been watching your blog and the news all day! Wow! You are so right. I am glad Juan sent you this email quickly and they are healthy and safe! It sounds as though things will be challenging for your brother, but I am so glad for you! Breathing easier!

Thank you everyone for your kind words, prayers and concern for my brother and myself. I know in other areas of Chile there was much devastation, but luckily not in the area he was in. Now, I'm wondering if he can get out of there? with so many roads torn up.

My Goodness! I haven't had the TV on for a week and did not know about the earthquake until this morning. What a coincidence that your brother is there now. I'm so glad to know that they are both okay. How horrible that must have been, for you, and for them.
I learned of the earthquake through your blog and kept your brother in my prayers. One of my son's good friends is studying in Santiago this semester. The internet is a wonderful way to stay connected......
