Heading for the Cape on Sunday morning. Won't have my computer with me so won't be keeping up. Tried to reach my realtor today with my list of houses I want to see, but she never called me back. thanks everyone for your good wishes. In the end, I contacted another realtor. The one who didnt return my call had a "full" message thingy on her phone. Perhaps the whole office, which includes 2 of her daughters, has gone off somewhere. I received many realtor recommendations from friends when I was last on the Cape, so I called another who sounded very nice.
I hope my attitude has mellowed a bit and that I can see a "good enough" house and leap. I hope I look at the houses positives and not the negatives. I accept that on Cape Cod, I am buying the locale, not an elegant house.
Lolo, you are right. this is very exhausting. Well, I will drink lots of tea and forge onward.
