Blaise hoes the garden

Cris you were so right. Blaize went out to the garden on Sunday and hoed. Then she fetched the pitch fork and had a way easier time of it. The garden is half done as far as chopping out the grass goes. And the local farmer came by and fertilized the fields. It really felt like the country here yesterday.

Ah nothing like working in the dirt to get rid of inner anxiety. Keeps one sane. When my Mom was dying from Cancer I had a garden going in their yard and would go out and pull weeds and dead head while working out my inner feelings. I didnt even notice the people around me. I found this out after she died and the neighbors said I would ignore them. OOPS.
I really didnt see them. but I felt lots better when done with the exercise. :)

I worked in the garden as well today and yesterday, still working my way through after winter...........Maybe Blaize can help me out?
It's so lovely now here; sunny and everything is growing.

Blaize is really getting into spring time! Wow! It reminds me of my daughter who ever spring would dig in the dirt and hold it up to my face asking me to tell her how wonderful it smelled!

It is good therapy!

Thanks everyone. Blaize tells me it is therapeutic, but I'm taking a break and letting HER hoe for a bit.

Oh you wonderful gardeners. This used to be my very existance to be in the dirt. Now my garden pretty much takes care of itself.
I admire your hard work and Blaise's too. She is so well drawn and painted. Love her work shoes!

Lynn and Mary, Blaize says how wonderful Lynn that your garden is self-care now. And Mary, blaize will think of you tidying your yard which her secretary has seen and remembers. Have fun in the sun.
