Wildlife and sketch

I thought these usually came out in the fall.

Sketching the turkey just to get a feel for the shape and size.


The best website was a children's site where they named the parts of the turkey's somewhat complex head.

Good job on the Turkey drawing. Its good to get things in your head first by sketching them out. It was interesting for me when drawing daily that after I had done a drawing..the next day I could just about draw it just by memory. It was imprinted there in my brain.

oh and..It looks like life is coming alive all over now with all the little creatures showing up. Spring has sprung.:)

you have been a busy beaver, i like turkeys, i think i said this before, they are so ugly, but regal too.

Turkeys are so funny. they are awkward at the same time, as FY says, regal. I love to watch them strut across the grass. They look like a line of priests or monks doing walking meditation.
