Ice

Seen on an early morning walk. So fragile, in that transitory state between frozen and melted.

Dropped in to ask about mom, and saw these beautiful photos.... sat watching them for a while... they are so soothing. We can meditate by just watching them.
Suki, Your photographs tell a lot.
Kiss mom for me.

Thanks everyone for asking about Mom. She has stabilized in intensive care in the hospital and may be sent back to the rehab center on Wednesday. She is still very weak. Has trouble breathing at times. She lost some of her heart functioning via the heart attack but she does not want to either have heart catheterization or a pace maker procedure. Poor mom. I kiss her every day and tell her what a good mom she was and that i love her. Thanks for asking. Suki

Suki, your pictures are so very beautiful. The colours of the ice, the different shades of grey and white, one can look at it for hours!
And I hope that your Mom will recover. You know, my husband's grandmother is 101! She still can do her maths (she was a math teacher). So, what I meant is that recovery is possible!
I send you my love
Andrea

These look like paintings. So beautiful nature is. Glad to hear your mom will be out of ICU tomorrow. I pray she is comfortable and becoming stronger each and every day. And that you are doing well too.
