Mom and I went out for lunch for the first time in eons. Just Mom and me. I don't call her Mommy really, I was playing on "Tuesdays with Morrie." Mom had chicken parmigiana sandwich.

I got a delicious salad with goat cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts with a tart dressing. This restaurant had no steps to go up. One of the owners 85 year old Dad works there making sure everyone is happy, wearing a white apron. It's a hoot. At the end of lunch Mom said, "Next time we'll try another place." Next time!!!

Last night the turkeys grazed. 17 teenagers, one is missing. Three aunties. Click to enlarge.

The tallest marigold I've ever seen. My massage was wonderful. I'd met Zoe, the massage therapist, at the Farmers Market. Each week a different therapist is there giving chair massages. My intuition panned out. She was delightful and a font of information about resources in the area such as an herbalist named Sage who give classes and does herbal consults. She used hot stones, moving them down my back and legs. I loved it. I hadn't realized I had so much tension in my neck. Alas, I still woke at 3am. Were I richer, I would have a massage at least once a month.

Didn't plant this flower, but there it is. Next week I start a yoga class. I may have said. I'd called this teacher two months ago and she just now called back. Been in India. Hope this class is simpatico with my needs. Am feeling more hopeful finding these resources that jive with what I like to do, healers.
